Mr. DiCicco began his career in investment banking, where he built a strong foundation in M&A, financing, capital raising, and strategic advisory for public and private REITs, real estate private equity firms, and family offices.

Prior to joining his current role, Mr. DiCicco was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, specializing in providing middle-market real estate clients with a broad range of investment banking and transaction advisory services. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. DiCicco worked as a Transactions Associate at Croatan Investments, a real estate investment manager, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch within their Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging team.

Mr. DiCicco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
