MATTHEW SPRAYREGEN

Mr. Sprayregen has developed a comprehensive skillset in investing throughout his career in corporate private equity and a real estate investment firm with a total transaction volume of over $1.5 billion across multiple sectors and asset classes.

Prior to forming Knickpoint, Mr. Sprayregen was the CEO of both Tuck-it-Away and Rising Development where he led value add real estate investments throughout the New York tri-state area. Prior to that role, Mr. Sprayregen worked at BBH Capital Partners, where he invested in both the technology and healthcare sector throughout the country and internationally.

Mr. Sprayregen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
