Knickpoint currently owns 15 self storage assets in New York City and Miami. In aggregate, the portfolio consists of over 700,000 SF of both new construction and existing properties. The self storage portfolio is valued in excess of $200 million.
Industrial
Knickpoint has an extensive background in acquiring and repositioning industrial real estate properties in major US cities with a particular focus on "last-mile" industrial assets which have become increasingly important in today's e-commerce driven economy.
Office
Knickpoint has an extensive background in acquiring and redeveloping office properties in several major markets in the US including New York, Miami, and Chicago. Knickpoint is currently involved in the development of over $200 million of office properties in these markets.
