BRENNER BERNSTEIN

Mr. Bernstein has established a strong foundation in investing and valuation through his educational background and experience within the real estate private equity industry. 

Prior to joining Knickpoint, Mr. Bernstein worked at AllianceBernstein in their real estate investment group where he primarily worked on acquisitions, underwriting, and market analysis. Previously known as Bernstein Real Estate Private Equity Group (“REG”), AllianceBernstein and REG formed a joint venture known as Prospect Ridge Advisors in early 2019. Currently, Prospect Ridge Advisors is a leading real estate investment manager having invested across the U.S in over 200 assets and $7.7 billion of gross cost. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Mr. Bernstein spent time at GEM Realty Capital Inc., which invests in private-market real estate assets and publicly traded securities.

Mr. Bernstein holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
