AVI AARONS

Avi has developed a comprehensive skill set in construction management throughout his nearly 10 year career in operations and construction with a total job cost volume of over $30 million.

Prior to joining Knickpoint, Mr. Aarons was Chief Operating Officer at Tuck-It-Away Self-Storage located in Bronx, NY, where he managed all capital improvement work totaling over $6 million, as well as a portfolio of 15 self-storage facilities throughout NYC. Prior to Tuck-It-Away Self-Storage, Mr. Aarons spent 5 years performing operations management for Manhattan parking facilities, where he managed garages with annual revenues totaling over $50 million.

Mr. Aarons holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Urban Planning from Binghamton University.
